The business relationship with our agency and/or our agents is established by written agreement or using our services as listed in our forms and their related conditions. The standard brokerage fee (commission) is 3% (three per cent) plus VAT calculated on the sale price. The amount of the gross commission may be subject to adjustment should the VAT rate change.
The commission is considered accrued and due at the time of signature of the preliminary contract of sale, and in any case it shall be paid at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the acceptance of the offer.
Immobiliare STUDIO13 and its agents are entitled to the immediate payment of this commission (contract for the benefit of third parties).
The buyer shall pay for registration tax, VAT if applicable, costs for the notary public, mortgage and land registry taxes.
Property dimensions are entirely indicative and shall not be used as an integral part in any sale or rental contract.
